BBC ASIAN NETWORK LIVE RETURNS TO BIRMINGHAM

BBC Asian Network have revealed the line-up for Asian Network Live 2019.

The flagship live event will be taking place on Saturday 2nd March at Arena Birmingham, and will be bringing an explosive line-up to the multicultural city.

The line-up was announced on The Asian Network Breakfast Show with Harpz Kaur. The audience are in for a treat with acts flying in from around the world.

The acts that will be performing on the night are:

  • Asim Azhar
  • B Young
  • F1rstman
  • G. Sidhu
  • Jasmine Sandlas
  • Jaz Dhami
  • Manni Sandhu with Gurj Sidhu
  • Mickey Singh

The event will be hosted by the Asian Network DJ family, and will be holding some historic moments at the annual show.

American Punjabi singer Mickey Singh will be performing in the UK for the first time and said: “I have been looking forward to performing in the UK for a very long time as it is the birthplace of the urban desi sound.

My team and I wanted to make sure my first UK performance was done right, from the calibre of show to making sure my music connected. I plan on bringing everything I have!”

Punjabi singer and winner of ‘Best Female’ at BritAsia TV’s Music Awards 2018 will be hitting the AN stage for the third time. Fans will be treated to an array of hit songs from the ‘Gulabi Queen’.

British Asian Punjabi singer Jaz Dhami will be returning to Asian Network Live after 10 years, and we’re sure he’ll put on a memorable performance!
