19-year-old singer, RIKA, who won the Best Female Act at the BritAsia TV Music Awards 2019 will be touring alongside Becky Hill during her upcoming shows, as opening act. The tour will be calling in at 15 venues across Britain and Ireland, with RIKA performing in Newcastle, Leeds and Liverpool.
When discussing her reasoning behind choosing RIKA to work with, Becky Hill said “I’ve been very lucky to choose who I wanted to work with. And the support on my tour comes from the incredible up-and-coming artist Rika. I know the audience will love her, and it’s great to have another female artist out on the road with me.”
RIKA took to her Instagram to share a poster of Becky Hill’s UK Tour dates, with the caption “So stoked to announce I’ll be supporting the uber talented Becky Hill on her UK tour! Leeds, Liverpool and Newcastle I’m coming for you, also very honoured to be apart of this all female line up!”
With it having recently been International Women’s Day, celebrated on Sunday 8th March 2020, we can’t wait for these shows and are proud to see females within this industry empowering and supporting one another to break into mainstream platforms!
