The trailer for the upcoming Punjabi movie ‘Afsar’ starring Nimrat Khaira and Tarsem Jassar has been released.
Last week, the makers behind the movie shared a first look of the movie via a poster, and had fans wanting more. ‘Afsar’ is the first movie where we singer Punjabi singer and actor Tarsem Jassar and Punjabi singer Nimrat Khaira sharing the same screen space.
In the three-minute trailer, we see the loving and lusting relationship between Nimrat and Tarsem’s character and is also filled with comedy and humour. We see Tarsem Jassar play an officer, who tries to impress Nimrat’s characters father.
We see Nimrat playing a simple Punjabi girl, and fans of the singer will be happy to see her playing her first lead role in movie.
‘Asfar’ is due to be released in cinemas on October 5th.
