This week, our #WorkoutWednesday goes to Bhangra group Vakhri Tohr.
Vakhri Tohr is a Bhangra group based in Birmingham. They originally started off as a girls only team, but now consist of both males and females.
The Bhangra group take part in many Bhangra competitions, and as well as that, they also perform at weddings, birthdays and much more.
Vakhri Tohr also took part in Sky One’s national dance competition, Got To Dance in 2014, alongside Ankhile Putt Punjab De, and last year they teamed up with Canadian Bhangra group ‘VanCity’, and performed together at the Bhangra Fest 2017.
