BritAsia TV, hosted the prestigious Punjabi Film Awards, at the Grosvenor House, JW Marriott Hotel in London on Saturday 30th March, to celebrate and honour the Punjabi film industry.
The exclusive event was hosted by UK Punjabi singer Juggy D and radio presenter Harpz Kaur. The audience were treated to fantastic performances by Sidhu Moosewala, Mannat Noor, Jordan Sandhu and Juggy D.
Outstanding Achievement winner, Harbhajan Mann, also surprised the attendees by performing a few classics to end the magical night.
Malkit Singh presented the award for ‘Best Film’ to ‘Carry on Jatta 2’, and was joined by Gippy Grewal, Binnu Dhillon, Mannat Noor and others to perform ‘Mar Gaye Oye Loko’ to end the magical night.
The night was a huge success, with all the nominees and winners being deservingly celebrated and acknowledged for their work and contribution in putting Punjabi cinema on the map.
