This Vancouver-based duo is back with an electrifying collaboration, blending the raw energy of hip-hop with the vibrant beats of Punjabi Bhangra. And the hype doesn’t stop there – they’ve teamed up with the legendary Jazzy B, aka the “Crown Prince of Bhangra,” to bring you a track that’s packed with both heritage and heat.
Jazzy B, who’s been a global icon since the ’90s, is known for fusing traditional Bhangra with modern sounds, and “Coolin” is no different. Chani Nattan grew up idolizing Jazzy B, so working together on this song was a dream come true. The track is filled with those signature Bhangra rhythms, mixed with a fresh, hip-hop vibe that’s impossible to ignore. Chani says shooting the music video in Birmingham, the birthplace of Jazzy B’s career, made it even more special.
