Faryal Makhdoom Confirms Second Season of ‘Meet the Khans: Big in Bolton’

Faryal Makhdoom and Amir Khan’s reality television series, Meet the Khans: Big in Bolton, has been renewed for season two.

The American-Pakistani model and beauty influencer confirmed the news on her Instagram feed when she posted a picture of herself with her husband, Amir Khan.

She captioned the post: “Meet The Khans” series 2 — out soon 😍who’s watching? @Bbc @bbcthree 🎬.”

Season one of the reality TV show premiered in March last year and ran for eight episodes.

The fly-on-the-wall series follows the life of the couple in their family home in Bolton.

Speaking to the Sun at the time of the series launch last year, Khan spoke about his hopes for the series:

“We wanted to show people out there, our fans, the real us,” Khan said.

“I worked hard to be in this position […] Hopefully this series will motivate people to work hard in life and chase their dreams.

“I still have the same friends from high school. I’ve not changed one bit, I’ve always kept myself real,” he added.

The next chapter of their story is said to introduce fans to more of the couple’s family and friends as Amir ponders what’s next for him in sport. While Faryal celebrates a milestone birthday and launches a new beauty business venture.

A release date for Meet the Khans season 2 is to be confirmed.
