UK Music Maestro PBN Receives Honorary ‘Doctorate of Music’

The University of Wolverhampton has recognised the achievements and successes of Punjabi music maestro, PBN. The renowned music producer, singer and performer becomes the first ever UK Punjabi artist to have been made a ‘Doctor of Music’.

PBN is a household name in the Punjabi community, topping BritAsia TV music charts with his catalogue of hits, headlining shows for audiences across the globe and accumulating millions of music streams. Besides his musical accomplishments, PBN actively participates in numerous campaigns supporting young people in his local community and wider region.

PBN stated “To receive such recognition is an honour beyond words, I am humbled and grateful to the University of Wolverhampton in acknowledging my work and career. This isn’t just a win for me, it’s a win for my culture and my Punjabi community”.

In celebration of this accolade, PBN has announced the release of his forthcoming 10 track album titled ‘Antidote’ releasing on 26 September 2024.
