Legendary singerAmar Singh Chamkila son Jaiman Chamkila and his friend Raj Kumar Shinda have been arrested by Punjab Police for possessing 1.70 kg opium.
As per Mukesh Kumar, SP, the two were travelling in a Swift car when their car was stopped at a checkpoint. The police recovered the illegal and smuggled drugs from the car after a search. A case under the NDPS act has been registered.
The two will be produced in the court and further investigation will be carried out.
