Hip Hop artist and rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh has opened up about not getting enough credit for his work. The musician, who had said that he does not work for credit, revealed about his collaboration with Dilijit Dosanjh and how he had designed an album for him for a whole year.

Talking about Diljit, the singer said, “Starting when I shifted to Punjab in 2007, I was a music producer between 2007-2012 and many of my albums became a hit. I had done Diljit’s album ‘The Next Level.’ So I designed the whole album in one year. I did not get much credit for that. But I don’t work for credit.”

Honey Singh said that if a person is talented enough, opportunities will come their way and people will recognize them. He said that he was patient enough to wait and hence he did not care about getting the credit.
