Jazzy B Sells Out Symphony Hall For 30 Year Celebration

The most iconic event to celebrate 30 years of Jazzy B in the Bhangra industry was hosted by BritAsia TV at the prestigious Symphony Hall, and it was an experience like no other!

The evening was packed with unforgettable performances by some of the biggest names in Punjabi music, leaving the audience captivated and energised throughout.

The crowd was wowed by the surprise opening act from Raf-Saperra, whose fusion of folk Bhangra and traditional Punjabi instruments set the tone for the night with a special a capella of folk Punjabi boliyan.

We witnessed another Punjabi and reggae music legend, Apache Indian, who joined in the celebrations, commemorating his own 30-year career in the music industry.

But the highlight of the night was the official crowning of Jazzy B as the King of Bhangra by none other than renowned lyricist Jandu Littranwala, who has penned some of the most iconic and timeless songs in Punjabi music history. The moment was nothing short of historic and marked a significant milestone for the entire Bhangra industry.

And what better way to end the night than with a breathtaking performance of the legendary song “Naag” collectively on stage by Dr. Zeus, DesiFrenzy and Raf-Saperra, which had the audience in a frenzy and dancing to the beat!

BritAsia TV would like to extend its heartfelt gratitude to all the supporting acts, including Gabru Punjab De, Lions of Punjab, Vasta Punjab, Back2Back dancers, and Beats by Lions, who helped make the event a resounding success and showcased our rich cultural heritage of Bhangra.

Overall, this event was a momentous occasion in the history of Bhangra music, and we are deeply thankful to all the passionate supporters and fans of Jazzy B and Bhangra music who attended.
