Feeling tired? Sluggish? Hit pause if you’re currently making a cup of coffee and instead, consider making some tasty (and healthy!) juice which you can prepare within minutes.

All of the ingredients in these delicious juices contain the essential vitamins, enzymes and minerals our body needs to absorb for the reparation and regeneration of our cells.

One of the quickest ways to feel fresh in the morning is to juice half a lemon into warm water. This is an inexpensive way to detox your body and aid your body’s digestive system.

Aldi’s Crofton Retro Juicer is perfect extracting all of the juice, it is also cost effective and an easy clean up!

The variety of concoctions you can come up with are endless and the ingredients can easily be swapped and quantities can be altered to suit your taste! Here are a couple of recipes that I love making, the ‘Green Queen’ is a great to replace a  lunch time meal and the ‘Berry Blast’ contains heaps of antioxidants.

3 apples halved
2 pears
Handful of pineapple
Half a medium cucumber
Optional teaspoon of spirulina added at the end

Berry Blast

3 handfuls of blueberries
2 handfuls of blackberries
1 pear
1 handful of pineapple

Drink immediately or store in a glass container in the fridge and add ice for a refreshing summer beverage.
