The Bollywood actress has received the ‘Smita Patil Memorial Global Award for ‘Best Actor’, following the success of Shershaah, which released on Amazon Prime Video in August this year.
Lead by by Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani (Co-Founder and Managing Director, Hiranandani Group) and Nanik Rupani (Chairman Emeritus), Advani was honoured for her outstanding work at the Priyadarshini Academy 37th Anniversary Global Awards.

He added: “We selected Kiara Advani, as we truly believe that she deserves the award for her incredible talent and inspirational journey in a short span of time.”
Advani was last seen alongside Sidharth Malhotra in Shershaah, a biopic about the life of Indian army captain Vikram Batra, who was awarded with the Param Vir Chakra — India’s highest award for valour for their actions during the 1999 Kargil War.
Advani will soon appear alongside Kartik Aaryan and Tabu in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, which is scheduled for release in November, 2021.
