Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja turned parents to Vayu on August 20 and the actress has shared a series of pictures giving a glimpse of her son’s nursery. The actress is staying at her Juhu bungalow and her son’s room is packed with baby clothes and stuffed toys. Neat stacks of clothes are seen the backdrop of a gift hamper that the actress received for her son Vayu.
Announcing their son’s name a month after his birth, Sonam and Anand had shared, “In the spirit of the force that has breathed new meaning into our lives. In the spirit of Hanuman and Bheem who embody immense courage and strength… In the spirit of all that is sacred, life-giving and eternally ours, we seek blessings for our son, Vayu Kapoor Ahuja. In Hindu scriptures Vayu is one of the paanch tatvas. He is the deity of breath, the spiritual father of Hanuman, Bheem and Madhav and He is the incredibly powerful lord of wind.”
On the work front, Sonam Kapoor will be seen essaying the lead in Sujoy Ghosh backed ‘Blind’, which also features Vinay Pathak, Purab Kohli and Lillete Dubey in key roles.
