The makers behind the upcoming Punjabi movie ‘Chandigarh Amritsar Chandigarh’ have released the preppy track ‘Ambersar De Papad’ from the soundtrack.
This is the first track from the movie following on from the release of the trailer last week. The trailer gave us a wider understanding to the film, and we were introduced to the characters of lead actors Sargun Mehta and Gippy Grewal.
They both took to their social media accounts to share the news of the release:
The track is a remake of the old song titled ‘Ambarsar De Papad’, which was originally sung by Dolly Guleria. It has been recreated with a more up feel beat and is about the comparison between the two cities – Chandigarh and Amritsar.
We also see the chemistry between Sargun Mehta and Gippy Grewal, as they show off their love-hate relationship. Lead actor Gippy has sung the track along with Sunidhi Chauhan.
We can expect to see the flick hit cinemas 24th May!
